BT Mobile launches 5G consumer and business plans with support for 5 smartphones
The 5G buzz has died down a bit in recent months, but the train is still chugging full speed ahead. Over in the UK, Three and EE
have been offering 5G devices, but now a third carrier is entering the
ring. BT Mobile has announced its 5G smartphone plans for consumers and
businesses.
5G is pretty useless without a phone that can use it and BT Mobile has 5 devices to offer out of the gate:
- Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 5G
- Samsung Galaxy S10 5G
- OnePlus 7 Pro 5G
- OPPO Reno 5G
- Huawei Mate 20 X
BT Plus customers have the option to choose from a 12GB, 30GB, 60GB or 200GB 5G device plan, which starts from £45 per month. These devices also come with BT Sport app access free of charge. BT Business customers can choose from 6GB, 30GB, or 60GB 5G mobile plans. Customers can also get a £10 discount on their handset or SIM only plans when they order together with BT Business Broadband. BT Business Mobile’s 5G plans start from £35 per month for a device plan, or £15 per month for a SIM-only plan and include unlimited calls and texts, as well as unlimited access to BT’s 5.5m Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK.
